Hourglass Education are currently assisting an 11-18 secondary in Luton as they look to recruit a Humanities Lead Practitioner on a permanent contract from September 2024.

The school has a strong and effective Senior Leadership Team and the teaching and learning environment is a welcoming one where positive relationships are nurtured. The school enjoys a strong and growing reputation in the local area.

The role would suit a candidate already in a similar post, or an effective and strong HOD looking for a whole departmental leadership role.

Applications are encouraged from qualified teachers holding QTS, QTLS or an equivalent overseas teaching qualification.  The vacant position would be suitable for teachers with any Humanities specialism.
