Our client school are seeking a Key Stage 3 & 4 Humanities teacher, preferably with the ability to deliver History or Geography to Key Stage 5. This is a permanent post from January 2024.

The school, situated near the town of High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, enjoys excellent transport links to the rest of Buckinghamshire and London. An increasing amount of students are choosing to continue on to further study in the small but expanding sixth form, and the Senior Leadership Team are currently making great progress as they seek to raise standards among both teachers and pupils.

Candidates for this post should be comfortable delivering Humanities lessons to Key Stages 3 & 4 classes of mixed ability. Applicants should display a strong classroom presence as well as the ability to strike up a rapport with young people. The ability to teach either History or Geography at Key Stage 5 is desirable but not essential.
